Vibly is an online social networking and dating platform. Users may create profiles, discover other users, communicate online, and purchase optional digital VIP membership features.
VIP membership provides platform features such as enhanced profile visibility, messaging benefits, premium badges, and other digital functions. We do not provide escort services, adult content, sexual services, adult live streaming, offline transactions, gambling, money transfers, or cryptocurrency services.
We collect information needed to provide and secure the service, such as account details, profile information, device information, payment status, and support communications. Payment card details are processed by our payment service provider. We do not store complete payment card numbers.
We use personal information to provide the service, prevent fraud and abuse, process payments, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. Users may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law.
Users must provide accurate information, keep their account secure, and use Vibly lawfully and respectfully. Harassment, fraud, impersonation, illegal activity, adult sexual services, spam, and attempts to misuse the payment system are prohibited.
Digital VIP membership is licensed for use by the purchasing account and may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security, fraud, or legal risks.
VIP membership is a digital service that becomes available immediately after payment. Once the membership has been activated or used, payments are generally non-refundable.
We may review refund requests involving duplicate payments, unauthorized transactions, a technical failure that prevented access, or an accidental recurring charge. Refunds required by applicable law will be handled in accordance with that law.
